Returns Information

We recognise that sometimes a fabric does not look and/or feel like what you expected it to when it arrives.  We are happy to provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) for fabric you are not happy with (excluding fabric purchased as a clearance special and samples) - you just need to pay the return shipping costs.  Please get in touch for directions on how to return your fabric (  Fabric must be returned within 30 days of your order being shipped to you.

If anything in your purchase is faulty, or damaged in transit, please let us know and we will be happy to sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
